We loved our stay here! The hotel had a perfect location in the city center of Moscow. It was just a short walk to the Sadovoe ring and there were plenty of good restaurants on Pokrovka str. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and caring. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa area which was wonderful. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a lounge and kitchenette, which was a great convenience. The daily cleaning service was excellent, and we appreciated the daily chocolates left in our room. the hotel provided all the necessary amenities and services for a comfortable stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that greatly enhance your stay. The room had a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, perfect for relaxing in. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, offering an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre that were perfect after long days exploring the city. The catering service was superb, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious food and drinks. The private facilities were a nice touch, with exclusive toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes provided for guests.
The only minor issue was that the room's soundproofing could be improved, making it sometimes difficult to sleep. However, this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise impeccable stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to reach the metro station and explore all the attractions in the area. We were able to walk to the Kremlin and other popular tourist spots within a short distance. there was a convenience store just across the road, making it convenient for any immediate needs.
The only downside was that the hotel was quite far from any subway station, which meant it required a 15-20 minute walk. This could be a bit difficult, especially for elderly guests.

Well-located with bus access to downtown. Large rooms with separate sleep and lounge areas and a full kitchenette. Excellent customer service, especially dealing with passport/visa issues. Would stay again.
